Step-by-Step Guide:

    Prepare the Chicken

    • Start by cutting your boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized chunks, about 1 to 1.5 inches each. Try to make them as even as possible to ensure they cook uniformly.

    Set Up the Breading Station

    • In a shallow dish, combine flour (or cornstarch for an extra crispy bite) with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    • In another bowl, whisk the eggs until they’re fully blended and ready to coat the chicken.

    Coat the Chicken Pieces

    • First, dip each chicken piece into the egg wash, letting any excess drip off.
    • Then, coat it generously in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to make sure the breadcrumbs stick. The more crumbs, the crunchier your bites will be!

    Preheat the Air Fryer
