Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

Step 2: Mix the Mustard Marinade

Step 3: Coat and Marinate

  • Rub the mustard mixture evenly over the chicken, making sure every part is well coated.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 10-15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for deeper flavor).

Step 4: Cook in the Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes to ensure even cooking.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and place the chicken inside in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
