- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt & ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1: Prep the Chicken
Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
(Optional) Sear the chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. This adds depth of flavor but isn’t required.
Step 2: Add Ingredients to the Slow Cooker
Place the seasoned chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the chicken broth, minced garlic, and cream cheese (cut into cubes).
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
Step 3: Shred the Chicken & Make the Sauce
Remove the cooked chicken, shred it with two forks, and set it aside.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and broccoli florets.
Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker, mixing everything well.
Step 4: Cook the Pasta
About 20 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
Drain and add the pasta to the slow cooker, tossing everything together to coat it in the creamy Alfredo sauce.
Step 5: Let It All Come Together
Cover and let the flavors meld for 5-10 more minutes on low.
Stir well, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve warm!
